avondale haunted barn is not a scream park, but a single haunted attraction located on historic property in grainger County Tennessee that has a truly haunted history. While many haunted attractions have screamparks and midways, we have chosen to focus solely on the quality of the single attraction, and our prices are reflected in that choice. the quality and size of our single haunted barn is comparable to other local attractions "haunted house" portion of their venues.
AHB is an indoor Haunt and will be open rain or shine. guest will encounter live actors, animatronics, and static props. Guest will not be touched by any live actors intentionally but may come into contact with props or other objects designed to startle. Inside the barn there will be areas of both Low light and No light. strobe lights and fog machines will be in use. There will be many Startle type scares throughout the barn. please read the rules before entering.

Please Use Your Best Judgement Regarding The Appropriateness Of This Venue For Your Child. Children Under 12 Years Of Age MUST Be Accompanied By A Parent Or Guardian and no child may be carried. We do not touch out patrons intentionally and we do not allow vulgar language by our actors or our guest directed toward our actors.
