• No photography or videography is permitted during tour.  STRICTLY ENFORCED!  This includes Cell phones!  IF YOU ARE CAUGHT USING A CELL PHONE FOR PICTURES, VIDEO, OR FOR A FLASHLIGHT, YOU WILL BE ESCORTED OUT IMMEDIATELY WITH NO REFUND.  IF YOU DROP YOUR PHONE INSIDE THE ATTRACTION WE WILL NOT STOP THE SHOW TO LOOK FOR IT NOR WILL YOU BE PERMITTED TO DO SO.  IT WILL NOT BE RETURNED UNTIL THE NEXT OPEN NIGHT.
• Camera use is only permitted before and after tours. Please DO post your comments & share photos on Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest, and Instagram pages!
• No weapons, animals, outside food or beverages, alcohol or drugs permitted.  Intoxicated guests will be kindly escorted off of the property.
• Guests exhibiting inappropriate behavior will be escorted off the property immediately. This includes foul language or any rude behavior.  We will provide a famly atmosphere for our patrons.
• Parents please use your best judgement regarding the appropriateness of this venue for your child. Children under 12 years of age MUST be accompanied on tour by an adult and no child may be carried through. if they cannot walk the haunt then they're not old enough to enter.  please use your own judgment as this attraction may be too intense for young children.
• The maximum group size is six people.  Please plan your groups accordingly. Being rude to our employees will not make any difference.  This if for your benefit as the show is designed for smaller groups to give you a more personal experience.  if groups bunch up, you will only lessen the quality of your experience as the people in the back will miss many of the scares.  
• avondale haunted barn is private property and is not accessible to the handicapped or any persons with health and mobility limitations.  Persons with asthma or respiratory problems are advised that fog machines are used in this haunted attraction.  Persons with epilepsy or seizure disorders are advised that strobe lights are also used throughout the venue.
• By attending this event, all guests release avondale haunted barn, the staff, the owners, the volunteers, the sponsors and agents from all responsibility from claims of harm or damages. Guests wave and hold harmless the dark barn, owners, staff, officers, volunteers, agents and associates from all losses, physical injury, theft, etc. Guests enter at their own risk.
• By attending this event, all guests agree to allow avondale barn to use guest images, likenesses, and recordings for promotional use only.
• All emergencies should be reported promptly to the nearest avondale Haunted barn staff.
• No one  wearing mask will be admitted, no exceptions.
• absolutely no running or horseplay.
• you will not be touched by our actors but please keep in mind that some areas are dark and accidental contact may be made if an actor brushes up against you.  We will get inside your comfort zone but that is what you are paying us for.
• You are not allowed to touch our actors or props.  if you are visiting to show everyone how "bad" you are and think that you will hit, push, or touch our actors or props, then you can expect to be "touched" by our security team, and then by the officer in charge of security as he places you in his patrol vehicle and escorts you to jail.  This will be strictly enforced.
